Share capital

Hi. I just got my accounts from my accountant. I invested £50k by share capital. Does this satisfy HO requirement?

Note 5:
CALLED UP SHARE CAPITAL
Allotted, issued and fully paid:
Number: 50
Class: Ordinary
Nominal value: £1000
Total: £50000
50 Ordinary shares of £1000 each were allotted and fully paid for cash at par during the period.

Note 7:
CONTROL
The company was controlled by Mr ****************** throughout the period by virtue of his 100%
shareholding in the company.

The accounts mentioned my name in note 7 instead of note 5. Is this acceptable?

It needs to show ur name in shareholding note.
like this:
Details of shareholding are as follows:

(Your name) 50 paid ordinary shares, nominal value £1000 each.
and then add one line
mr (your name) has invested £50000 in the company.

You do not put investment dates in the accounts. Accounts is dated on the day it is prepared and for the period it covers

Paragraph 46-SD (b)(4) if the applicant has invested by the way of share capital the business account must show the shareholders , the amount and value of the shares ( on the date of purchase ) in the applicant's name as it appears on his accounts, if the value of the applicants's share is not shown in the accounts then a copy of the company 's register of members must be provided".

it asking to add the amount and value of the share s( on the date of purchase ) if the money has not transferred in one go , what date we can put?

Just send register of members with your application, in any case.
