ILR for EU citizen working in UK since 2009

ILR for EU citizen working in UK since 2009

Hi everyone,

I am a French national living and working in the UK for the past 7years. I recently got married to a British national (formerly Indian national until a few days ago, he got naturalised).

With this all Brexit drama, I am thinking of getting ILR for peace of mind.
Would my circumstances make me eligible?
What is the process to get this?

You don't qualify for ILR as you are on the EEA route to settlement. You should be applying for confirmation of PR.
