Family Reunification visa processing times

Hi all!

Does anyone know how long are the "Family Reunification" visa processing times right now?
I applied for a "D" long stay - De facto partner of an Irish citizen through the Irish embassy in Mexico and the application was recieved in the office of Dublin the 22nd of June.

I've read in other posts that they have a delay with Join Spouse visas of almost a year, but as mine is a different one i was wondering if this might also affect mine?

ps: last year i applied for the same visa and took only 3 weeks... I didnt use it.
