SET(LR) from Tier 1 enterprenuer!

Hi All,

I am writing here on behalf of my friend who is applying for SET(LR) next week via premium service. she wants to know following:
1- is she required to take Tier 1 enterprenuer (business docs) along as she has been on this visa for last 2.5 years?
2- she is attaching her personal statement which shows two transaction of dividend(£1100) from business account in the last three months plus director salary. is that ok or it can create further questions?

Kindly advise.

As per immigration rules your friend should not provide those documents with her (10 LR) application (until they asked for). Those documents will raise more questions, that can be damaged her whole application.Thanks
