2016 T1 E Accelerated ILR Granted time line

Hello Everyone,
I just be granted the ILR through the TIE Accelerated 10 job positions

Applied 20/03/2016
Bio letter received: 02/04/2016
Bio done:13/04/2016
Addtional documents supplied through case number: 31/05/2016
Documents returned and approved confirmation: 30/09/2016
BRP received: 02/10/2016

I created 12 fulltime employees and 2 parttime employees, all the job positions are lasting at least 12 months. I am doing the wholesale and retail of food supply.

Hi, i want to apply for tier 1 ent, extension, through accelerated route, could y plz tell me procedure you followed, that will be helpful.

Well done, not much experince on this board with accelerated visa. What do you mean "Addtional documents supplied through case number". I see you were not interviewed.

sorry, i didnt applied for extension, i want to go for extension in april, mean while i want to know the list of documents that you submitted.. please provide me the check list.

Hi seasky, thanks for your reply, UKVI didn't request any more documents from me, I applied with solicitor's help, my solicitor said I need supplied some more information regarding my job title creations due to the new policy pobulished on 6 April 2016, so I supplied on June 2016. The addtional documents are details about each job titles' period, hour rate, total working hours and employee's personal information, my solicitor said this will help the case worker to do the cauculations about the job creation.

Hi brv5254, the main documents are listed as below,
1.3 years business bank statement
2.3 years year ending accounts
3.DL agreement
4.Letter from accountants to confirm the investment
5.Letter from the accountant to confirm the job creation
6.Accountant's ACCA qualification certificate
7.VAT certificate
8.RTI and PFS paperworks(my accountant use Moneysoft, not Sage)
9.Every payslips after you registered PAYE
10.CT610
11. Personal Bank statements to show the transactions of your invenstement to your business account
12.Life in UK pass certificate
13. Two employment contracts picked as the sample, not all contracts submitted, bucause too many paperworks.
14.Company Current Appointment Report
15.P11 Deductions Working Sheet
16.Certificate of Incorporation
17.3 years business insurance certificates
18.Lease agreement for the retail shop(5 years) and warehouse (3 years)
19.3 years Employer's End-of-Year Summary
20.All the P45 and P60 for each employee
21.PAYE payments records
22.Invoices from my suppliers
23.Utility bills paperworks for the business

Hello zee999, thank you very much, I don't think this route can use the premnium service, my solicitor's email is email address removed by moderator
