any update applicant who had T1E in 2012 granted

Hi members, gurus and moderators,
As I have read posting by applicants who had T1E visa in 2012 and affected by 245D(c) and 245D(c)(ii) in their extension application. Has anybody gone for JR and is there any out come? Please update if possible. Thank you.
