How often Change of Employment in Tier 2 General

Hi,

Need your inputs/suggestions.

My current company went to administration before 2 months and I have not received any curtailment letter till now.

Mean while I got Offer in Company A (with Tier 2 License) and Company B (without Tier 2 License) and I am going to do Visa Application tomorrow and Cos is provided by Company A. Company B also in process of getting Tier 2 License (they have ICT license already) and they applied for License before 1 week on 03/10/2016. Company B have posted job in Universal Job Match for RLMT purpose.

If my Visa approved for Company A and at the same time if Company B got the license, did I need to join the Company A and give resignation letter to apply Visa under Company B or whether I can wait till I get Visa approved under Company B.

I was in so much confusion,will the change of employment within a short frame will it impact of getting visa refusals.

Can someone please help.

you dont have to join them or resign to apply the new visa.
But best to get the new visa (company B) before telling the company a that u are not going to join.

Urgent help please

Today i got visa from Company A and i am
waiting for Brp .

Company A wants me to join quick.
Company B still in progress of license only.

I got Company A visa and that is travelling time more
compared to Company B visa.

if i Join company A and after joining Company A.
Company B license in case approved sooner how to
manage between 2 companies.

if i apply company B visa will company A gets notified

I don know if visa will get approved if i apply within
short time frame...

your question is poorly written, with travelling bit confusing. Read before u press submit.

The company A will not be notified when b applies for a licence or cos for u.
Best for u is to start with a, when b gets the licence and cos, apply visa again for b, and then resign from a.
these are point based visas, so as long as everything is done properly, u do get the visa. it is not on anyone discretion. It doesnt matter how often u apply for a visa.
