ILR Application for Tier 2 dependants

Post by back2uk2 » Fri Oct 21, 2016 3:30 pm

Hello,

I am due to apply ILR based on Tier 2 General 5 years route very soon.

Although my wife and son also are eligible for ILR based on Tier 2 PBS dependant and have completed 5 years stay in UK, can I choose to apply their ILR application separately from mine ?

Is there a chance that UKBA premium visa center caseworker might be curious why I have not include my dependants within my application ?

Do I need to clarify through a covering letter?

Thanks.
