Quick update

After home office agreed not to appeal against my allowed appeal.... I rang then on friday and the lady on the phone gave me the number for caseworker which I rang and got through to a caseworker who told me that his colleague has requested for my file that I should allow a week for it to process and he ended it with congratulations.

So hopefully this week I should recieve my documenta.

i have two questions from you
1st : you mentioned on 29th you received your biometrics was that biometrics invitation because you stated today that you received your BRP just today

2nd : Your initial application was refused, you got the refusal letter before or after biometrics invitation letter?

Quick update

Rang ukba again and was told that my documents have been sent to Croydon department which deals with visas that I will hear from them before this Friday or next depending on there backlog

My visa was refused without any appeal right then I submitted fresh claim after 5 or 6 month they give me right of appeal on 8 of july my appeal was allowed when I received my biometric enrollment letter they sent a another letter with it that we have considered your application and we decided to give u leave to remain this country on Same day I went to post-office and enrolled my biometric and then I received my brp card in few day it was quick coz they took decision when they sent me biometric enrollment letter and they mentioned we need to process ur brp card plz enroll your biometric and many thanks everybody for your greetings

On 29 I received biometric invitation and I submitted my fingerprint on Same day and other one is my application was refused long time ago when I won my appeal then they invited me for biometric enrollment

I received my biometric enrollment initially when I submitted my application long time ago I think July 2014 but after enrolling biometric I received refusal from ukba without right of appeal and they suggested me to leave country in seven days but I made fresh claim against the decision but fresh claim took almost 6 months it got refused but I got right to appeal. After my hearing it took almost 20 days for determination letter after determination letter it took another 20 days for receiving biometric invitation along with decision mentioned they have decided to grant me period leave to remain in the UK. On the Sam day I submitted my fingerprint and on I think 4 August I received my brp card along with my documents..

I hope am as luck as you I ring ukba everyday to check up on my application. ... I rang them today again and the lady on the phone said my documents and files are with visa department now and I asked if my case has been concludedd and approved for grant without any more issues and she said yes you have been approved but I don't know what leave will be issued all you have to do now is wait a little more.

So all I can do now is wait but the wait is killing me.

Don't worry you will receive it soon I never called them coz I heard that they don't care best thing is wait yea wait kills but we cant do anything else

Interview =10 March 2014
Refused = 16 apr 2014

no access to 50 k but i had 55k my own funds in personal account still intact available for last 20 months
business plan/ market research / no experience / not credible

Hearing = 28 Nov 2014 ( dismissed ftt)
appeal dismissed by judge as per judge u r not allowed to work on psw / why u have not invested money in uk as per business plan 40 k should be invested in 1st year why u invested 16 k in 1st 10 months/ why u were dreaming for ur bussiness on psw work visa /why home office not accepted updated statements and documents judge blamed me and said u have to submit before application moreover i told judge i submitted all doc what was required but judge dismissed my appeal.
18 dec 2014 *appeal dismissed ftt

Permission to appeal has been granted = 5 feb 2015
UT granted appeal again that home office should accept docs

UT hearing = 14 May 2015
UT took 15 min told me we will allow ur appeal home office should accept doc at the time of interview

Appeal allowed -6 Aug 2015

i have a query about my asylum case.

my asylum appeal allowed on 26th august 2015
but i havent got any correspondence regarding that till 1st november
which i rang tribunal services and asked the details. when i was in
reporting centre i asked ukba officer about my case. then they said
they haven't appeal for the tribunal decision and also told me no need
to come to report any more and they are working on finalizing the case.
19th november HO have sent my passport only to my solicitors.

My question is when gonna be i receive a confirmation letter about granting
refugee status and BRP or invitation letter.

some answers, information or advises kindly appreciated.

my asylum allowed appeal determination was promulgated on 31st of March. Hmcts have given 14 days deadline to any party wish to appeal. today is 14th of april, in that case is that over as Home office havent asked for the permission to Hmcts. i phoned hmcts they said they havent heard anything from HO. what could happen now?

My entrepreneur application timeline is
08/2014 applied
05/2015 refused
12/2015 hearing
12/2015 appeal allowed
Was waiting for my docs but unexpectedly,,,,
04/2016 home office post decision team asked for confirmation that funds are still there which were and i sent them the statement. To my surprise,
06/2016 post decision team invited me for interview. It went well.
Dont really know how long more are they gonna take to issue BRP and other docs. Anybody has got any knowledge or been in similar situation
All this So stressful ........
