Extend discretionary leave Questions

Hi, I got my first discretionary leave in 2011 for 2 years due to failed to switch from student visa to dependent on my husband s HSMP. The reason states as private life in HO letter.
Just before visas expried I applied settlement based on 10 years and my husband applied for extension as well. However both applications were refused. However I got another discretionary leave granted for another 3 years Instead. It based on family life. But we are still fighting for my husband s case till now.
What form I can use for my extension this time?
Does my husband case will affect on my extension?
Could anyone help on this please. Thank you in advance.

I'm going to apply for extension of DL. Can I apply for bankruptcy at same time? Or wait till the result. And also will bankruptcy affect my ILR application in future? Thanks

I would strongly suggest you reconsider applying for bankruptcy. It might affect ILR and it will definitely affect any citizenship application you make. It brings doubt on you through the good character requirement.

What supporting documents to attach with the application form this time? Last time got DL due to ILR refusal. How to prove circumstance hasn't changed?
