baby born to USA Parent in UK

Hi...

My baby is born in UK and I am in UK and have USA passport but my baby can't get automatically USA passport as I don't fulfil the criteria of physical presence i.e 7 years in US, but grandparents fulfil this criteria of physical presence, what process should I follow to get my baby's USA passport.
