Non straightforward email for uk student visa tier4

I want some help.
I applied for tier 4 student visa on 27 Sept 2016

On 12 and 13 Oct received two emails



Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 60 working days.

Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection.

Do I need to worried about this email. Do everyone receive this email.

My other friends who got there visa last week
Applied on 22 Sept didn't get any of this above email.
And other friends who applied on same date i did (27 Sept )
No one got these emails
Really worried. Please help

Still now three week have gone but not have get replied on my visa decision.

I applied for my tier 4 visa online on 22nd September 2016 and submitted my documents at VAC Islamabad on 27th September 2016. I got an email from the Sheffield that they have received the documents and my application is being prepared for the ECO. I haven't heard anything else from the homeoffice. I would like to ask that has anyone applied in late September and got a visa from pakistan?

Yes my friend applied on 22 sept from he got his visa on 13 oct

You should call embassy

It's a standard email which is sent when the UKVI are unable to meet the published standards for processing. It could be for a number of reasons, including a backlog of their workload.

Almost three weeks no decision is made university deadline is next week.

Please give me some information or advice what should I do.

Nothing you can do at this stage. If you contact the UKVI you will get the same standard response that you've already received.

Your friends applications may not have been handled by the same Case Worker as yours.

Do everyone receive this email if applicant receive this email after how many day you get your decision.

There's no standard time-scale.

But according to ukvi the student visa processing time is 30 days
According to there website .

Will i get relpy in 30 days

Not necessarily as you've already been advised that they will be unable to process your application within the published time (30 days).

Dear Casa

I want some opinion

That the university i applied gave me 7000 partial schlorship (discount)
I paid university 7000 fees mean total fees was 14000£
Got 7000 £ discount and paid 7000.

Will get discount is negative for geting a uk student visa

But i showed bank statment of 10500£

But my cas requirment was 9135 £+ i paid 7000£ fees too

Will this be ok

There are others far better places to advise on this.

There is no embassy in Sheffield.

No, of course they don't. It everyone received this, there wouldn't be a published average processing time of 30 days.

My application has been processed from 21 oct
But now it is in Islamabad British high embassy
Can you tell me what should I do .

University deadline is over. Can I go late?

Clearly not. You need to speak to your Tier 4 sponsor. They have probably now cancelled the CAS for this year, in which case it will be best to withdraw the application before it is refused.
