urgent Partial refund for nhs on tier 1(E) visa

hello friends,
i have a query ,
i got my £200 of NHS surcharge refunded on 24/11/2016.Does anyone know that what could be the status of application??????
i applied for my visa on 4th October 2016.
i have already given my bio metric. on 21/10/16
if anyone is aware regarding this plz let me know that would be great help.

maybe its granted or maybe its still pending just wait this week u will get an update but it really doesnt mean anything.
please keep posted about the results.
