complaints success rate

Hello all,
I have got another thread, regarding a visitor visa refusal and I have decided to make complaint for mistakes and incorrect interpretation of supporting documents.

- Has anyone made complaint to homeoffice, local MP, chief inspector recently for cases where you believe the application was accessed incorrectly?
- if yes, what was the outcome ? and how long did it take.
