Type of business after tier 1 entrepreneur extension

Hi,
i got tier 1 entrepreneur extension under £50k route.i already invested money in my current consultancy business.my business is doing well and got enough money sitiing in my business account now due to profitable business.i want to spend this money in franchise food business as a partnership.my question is can i invest in this business as my second business.this second business is not nqf level 4.

YES u can invest money to any other business and claim point whatever it is lower or upper level. NQF level. It does not matter after u getting ur initial E visa(50k).

Same thing IHS/NHS - but it is called Immigration Health Surcharge and not NHS surcharge.

Some members seem to be getting a refund for an extra year that has been paid, i.e. £200 refund.

I think every one who paid extra year is getting back and if not should get back
