Do I need to self attest the document which need to be uploaded ?

Do I need to upload anything else apart from Surrender Certificate and British Passport ?

Help please !!!

I did not self-attest them, there was no requirement (as far I could see) to self-attest the uploaded documents.

I uploaded: Scan of British passport and nationality certificate (in one PDF), and a scan of my revoked Indian passport and Surrender certificate (again in one PDF) as "Proof of Indian Origin".
