There is no special treatment or requirements for T1E; its the same whatever route.

You can't naturalise directly from T1E; you may be able to naturalise with settled status (obtained via any route).

As said above, you cannot become a British Citizen unless you hold permanent residency or settlement status (ILR) for at least a year.
Tier 1E --> ILR ---> British Citizenship
The max absence acceptable for ILR is that in any given year of your Tier 1E visa, you cannot be outside the UK for more than 180 days.
