University letter to exempt 20 hour per week rule

I am a Tier-4 Student Visa holder and I have completed my MSc studies.

My Visa expires in Jan-2017.

One retailer has given me a part time job but they need me for more than 20 hour per week.

Can my University grant me a letter stating:

1. I have completed my MSc studies
2. Working part-time will not have any impact on my studies
3. I am exempted from the rule of 20 hour per week

Is there any standard template that I can suggest to international office of my University?

An employer is unlikely to accept such a letter even if university can be persuaded to produce one.

Employer can always perform a right to work check however they will be subject to punitive penalties if they get it wrong.

So long as you have completed your studies, there is no barrier to this. Most respected International Offices are fully prepared for these queries and have these letters handy. Speak to an International Student Advisor. They'll gladly hand one over.

You don't need to prove "exemption" from the 20 hours a week limit, or anything about your your work not affecting your course.

Your BRP itself should already show that you can work without a limit outside of term-time, so you just need evidence from your university that it is not term-time. These days, most universities do not draft a letter but instead they will refer you to print your own enrolment certificate from the intranet, showing your course dates, which the university can stamp.
