ILR application SET(O) for dependant only - Fund Maintenance

Post by Sega » Mon Dec 05, 2016 12:39 pm

Hello,

I'm planning to apply for my ILR as a dependant. Could someone please confirm whether fund maintenance is required or not for SET(O) ILR dependant?

I appreciate your response on this matter.

Kind Regards,
Sega.

Does your partner already have ILR? If yes, on what basis did partner get ILR, PBS 5 year route or 10 years long residence?

Hello,

Yes, he got his ILR during May 2015 (Tier 1 - PBS - 5 year route). Also got his citizenship approved couple of weeks back. I'm here since April 2011 and working full time.

Kind Regards,
Sega.
