Ask your Employer to email HO with the form ECS. It worked for me from 9 Months and they have checked again last week and my contract is extended .

Yes, that's right and quite useful. Just give your employer your home office case id and ask them to run employer check with home office. It's done online by your employer by filling a 2 Page online form. Then home office replies back working 3 working days. It's straightforward for your employer and for you. Your section 3c is still intact.

Hello all,
I received a cover containing my documents and a letter stating that the bio-metric cards will be made available in 7-10 days.
Although, a separate letter - which is normally received separately - stating that ILR has been approved has not been received yet. Is it normal to receive documents first and the letter later?
I had applied for ILR on 07 June 2016 on Tier 1 General.
However, my wife received a refusal on the grounds that the English Language Certificate she had provided was outdated. Any advice how to go about it now?
I hope everyone receives good news soon.
God bless

Go for admin review and just send the pay slips and letter that u have from your company. I think its mandatory to show your proof of income for this year if not for previous years. Think u'l be fine after payslip submission, atleast they aren't stressing on amends.

you really need to get some advise from an immigration lawyer. is it worth the risk compared to the money that has to be spent on a lawyer? I have made this mistake in the past. From my personal experience I would recommend to get some professional advise.

Hello All,

Quick update on my case, received a letter from UKVI on 12/Dec/2016 stating,

"Although we would normally decide your application within six months from the date it was submitted, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case.

This is because your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision.

Please be assured that we are doing all we can to make a decision on your case as quickly as possible."

ILR SET(O)

Date of Receipt: 15/06/2016
Payment Taken : 20/06/2016 (Was pending from 17/06/2016 on account)
Acknowledgement Letter/E-mail: 4/Oct/2016 & 5/Nov/2016
Bio-metrics letter: Waiting
Bio-metrics submitted: Waiting

I had amendments for the year 2010-11 and cleared the outstanding balance.

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for sharing your experience and Time line with the rest of the forum members. I understand this is a difficult time for everyone . The developments on the below case could give us some conviction including you that eventually we should have our ILR.
http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefi ... 9-120.html
And could you please care to answer some of the questions i have .
1. Did you send the amendment payment confirmation papers along with your application?
2. Were you self employed or Payee in your ILR application or was it a combination of both.

Many thanks in advance

Raj

Getting really frustrated as mine has gone past the 6 months now. The call centre does not give any information other than the fact that it is still been processed. I even had an email around the end of November saying it would be considered within the standard processing time!
