Can someone please tell me if i can go and collect my visa from hounslow office anytime or are there restrictions on time. I have already filled in the forms on line for visa to india

After you have filled in the online form, you should book an appointment for your chosen VFS centre. All VFS centres are supposed to be "by appointment only" - there is a link to the appointment system on that page.
