Non- EU child visiting UK with Irish citizens...

Hi to all...

Recently we (parents) became Irish citizens by Naturalisation.

My child (11 years old ) currently holding Indian passport and his Naturalisation application is under process.

Do I need to apply for UK Visa, If Yes is it free? does he should attend VFS for bio-metric process?

Do I need to apply for Irish Multiple Re-entry Visa, If Yes is it free?
