Just want to ask,can GARDA officers cancel stamp 4
Online,or they will send us letter first before cancelling it,right now I've got temporary Stamp 4 GNIB CARD

are you an subject of an garda investigation?
did you receive any letter from them?
if so get legal help as quick as possible
