Account confirmation email not being sent

Could a mod take a look at my friend's account please? Username is chaikhosi. He registered yesterday but the confirmation email never turned up.

He has tried requesting it again and checked his spam folder... no dice. Cheers

The moderators have no control over account registrations and emails sent when registering.

He is registered and his profile is active. Has he tried logging in??

Valid email address?
Mail account receiving other mail?
Mail rules correct?
Spam filter correct?
No domains blocked?

He just tried logging in here on my PC, but got the following error:
The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.

He can't contact an administrator as suggested, because you have to be logged in to do that...

His email is valid and working for other stuff, no domains blocked and nothing showing up in the spam folder. Your confirmation resend form appears to work, with a message that the confirmation has been resent, but it doesn't arrive. Blocked secretly at your end for some reason?

Would someone be able to manually approve his account please?

Ask your friend to try now. I have manually activated so it should work.
