PBS dependent visa after switching to ILR?

Post by maa1 » Mon Jan 02, 2017 8:50 am

hi all,
I came to the uk on may 2014 under PBS tier 2 dependent visa (visa issued on march 2014). my husband had his tier 2 visa started from december 2011. he completed his 5 years on december 2016 and now he has been granted ILR. however i am still on tier 2 dependent visa which is valid until december 2017.
My questions are:
1) is my visa valid until december 2017 or should i change my visa?
2) should i apply for FLR(m) because my husband switched to ilr?
3) can i travel on my current visa?
4) when am i going to qualify for ilr?
I have seen many topics in ILR dependent but most of them are based on 10 year route , please help me clarify my doubts
