ILR to British Citizen - Does my spouse need to reapply for?

Post by suhashroy » Thu Jan 05, 2017 10:04 am

Hi,
I received my ILR on April 2014 in Tier 1 General Route.
My wife applied for FLR(M) on May 2014 and her visa was granted till Dec 2017.
On Sept 2015, I attended British Citizenship Ceremony and received my British Passport.
My concern is, as I am not in ILR, will it effect my wife's VISA status? Does she need to reapply?

Kind regards,
Roy

Spouse visa is the same if the settled spouse has ILR or is BC. Nothing needs to change.
