What evidence do you need for FLR M fiance to spouse visa

She has been here 5 months and the 6 month visa is due to expire
What do I need to send off this time?

You MUST submit a FLR(M) application before her current visa expires. I assume the wedding has taken place. :?:

If you submit the application in person at a PSC the visa fee will be £1311, or by post £811. Your wife will be unable to work until FLR(M) has been granted.

She will also have to pay the £500 NHS surcharge.
