PBS Dependent Maintenance Funds

My wife is going to extends her Tier2 PBS Dependent Visa.
We have a limited company.
My wife is diector, so gets Salary of 850 p/m and dividends as well.
we forgot to maintaine funds for visa and there is not time as visa to going to expire soon.
Is there any way to show maintenance funds for visa?
I mean pay slip or dividend letters or accountant letter will wor for us?
I am moved onto British citizen.
