Hi All,

I need help on understanding Is my daughter eligible for ILR when my current visa status is ILR ( Since April 2016).

Earlier I was on Tier 2 General and got ILR on 29th April 2016.

My daughter is dependent of mine and landed in UK march 2012.

Your advice much appreciated.

Possibly, if you were granted ILR under Tier 2 (General) and she satisfies 319J.
