Credibility Interview Blunder

Post by mrsadnan26 » Thu Dec 17, 2015 7:15 pm

Hello
I have done a blunder in my credibility interview.
My current course is of two years ( no work placement ), which I misunderstood till date! And thought we have a work placement as a part of the current course.
But when I was interviewed by the interviewer, I said this course has a 3 months work placement at the end of the course, but if someone doesn't wanna do a work placement, then they can do a project.

What will happen? Will I be refused!??
I am really worried.

Impossible to say, but to be fair one of the things they are checking is that you know the course structure and requirements.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.

Thank-you very much for your reply. But I spoke very competently on the course strucutre for all the questions he asked. It's just the last question " does this course have a work placement" which is killing me!

Can they check my course from the Uni's website or how?
My CAS doesn't say any thing about work or work placement!

You are probably over-thinking this.

The interview is more about whether you are a genuine student rather than every last detail of every module & option you may (or may not) choose.

If you gave cogent & fluent answers to most questions then, on balance of probabilities, you are a genuine student.

This thread is one year old and the OP hasn't visited the forum since January 4th 2016 :!:

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
