TIER 1 General dependent fund maintenance

Dear Senior Members,

Can main applicant show the funds for 3 dependent in his bank account rather than dependent' bank accounts or has this rule also been changed after 24/11/2016. Kindly advise.

On another note, I think changing the residency requirement (without prior notice for sufficient time) might create problems for some applicants who are applying for ILR after 24.11.2016 and realise that they would not qualify for ILR neither they have kept the maintenance fund for 90 days to extend their tier 1 general dependent visa.

Maintenance can be in either spouse's account.

There have been no changes regarding maintenance funds.
