What family does he have in home country - only you will know this.

What ties/family does he have in the UK - only you will know this.

Any other nationality is not relevant if he only holds home country nationality.

These are not trick questions and they must be answered truthfully.

Very Urgent requist

Post by gorangoran » Wed Jan 04, 2017 12:57 pm

hi all,
happy new year.
please, could you send me the latest version of MN1 and AN forms.
Also, please, my wife has ILR and her due date for neutralization application is 2nd of March 2017
Also , my daughter (UNDER 18) has ILR her due date for neutralization application is 2nd of feb 2017.
BUT when i contacted the people to book the national service for both of my wife and my daughter, they told me that i do not want to wait because i am British so they can apply as long they are in the UK for the past three years and they booked an appointment for both of them after two weeks.
Please, from you experience, what they have said is correct?
by the way they ask me about my marriage certificate.
Please, waiting your reply as soon as possible.
many thanks

A google search will give you the latest forms

If you are British, then yes, they could have applied as soon as they got ILR.

Yes, you need to submit marriage cert for your wife's application.

Hi,
Please, i am in a very difficult situation:
My Child is 11 years old and no one (GP, Teacher, optician, dentist) want to be a referee for her.
No REASON FOR THAT JUST SAY WE CAN NOT DO IT.
it says he needs to have a professional capacity with the child, what does this mean?

Pharmacist maybe? Religious minister?

Any of your friends who are a professional who know the child?

As child is older, the 'engage with child' is not as relevant.

If a someone refuses, they don't have to give a reason. It is a personal choice if they want to be a referee or not.

Thank you so much, but please this what i have:
Two friends who are working as lecturer and professor in the university,
Will they be OK?
Another thing:
In the application form it says (say how you know the child), they will write family friend, this OK?
Please, you said (As child is older, the 'engage with child' is not as relevant), please, what do you mean with this?
I understand that the professional capacity mean teaching or medical treatment, Is this right?
What about my child case, she is 11 years old.

Sorry for that but i do not know what can i do?
