apply for tier5 visa after tier 2 refusal

Hi,

Can anybody advice me abou the chances of being granted a tier 5 visa after a tier 2 visa refusal. I have been on tier 2 for the last two years and am currntly in the 12 month cooling off period. Thanks.

It is likely that you will be granted T5YMS as long as you qualify.
