Applicant of naturalisation with court issues

I believe lot of applicant are waiting for their approval with court issues.please use this column who has court conviction and waiting long for approval.
My friend did apply on 2016 January has court conviction with over speeding.
He has not hear from CITZ almost a year..
Any advise will be much appreciated..

Did his application gone through initial stage or second stage? did he mention while he apply about the court issue?

Yes he did he told me it's second stage..
He received an email it's in advanced stage

And when did he get the second stage letter? how long it's take him to go second stage? as ge apply in January.

he applied early January and got his second letter november first week..also he told me he drove 71KM per hour while he suppose to drive on 50 Km.( speed limit was 50km.)

my application ddidn't take that long.I have same speed like this and I get cought twice in same week :p
