Tier2 ICT dependent to Tier 4 switch

Hi ,

My wife got offer from university for post graduation and she is on Tier 2 ICT dependent . Can she switch with in country or she has to apply from home country. Also university considered her as Overseas student. Quick reply will be very helpful.

She does not need to switch. She can study on her current visa.

Of course if your Tier 2 visa (and therefore her dependant visa) expire before the end of her course, and you are not extending, she will need to apply under Tier 4, which as advised above can only be done in her home country.
