Family visa

Hi i have applied visa for my wife and my 7 months old son my son's name in birth certificate is MOHAMMAD xxxxx and on passport and other documents is MUHAMMAD xxxxx will that cause refusal to visa?

He is only 7 months old and both can be correct some people use Mohammad and some use Muhammad

In UK it may be seen as two identities and cause complications.
UKVI likely to follow passport.
