Long Residence ILR granted what about dependents

Post by coolcamden » Fri Jan 20, 2017 5:01 pm

Good Evening Members/Experts,

Today I received my ILR through Long Residence. Before ILR I was having TIER2 General Visa.
My wife is having TIER 2 General Dependent Visa.

If you can please advice me what Form should I fill for my wife.

She comes in United Kingdom in November,2009.
We got married in June,2010.
Since Nov,2009 till Feb,2014 she was on TIER 4 Visa
After this she applied as Dependent on me and she got visa in March,2014
which will expire in March 2017.

Though she is living with me Since June,2010 but as per Dependent Visa, she is dependent on me since March 2014.

Please guide what should i do next.

Thanks
CoolCam

FLR(M) and she/you need to meet all the requirements. She needs English A1 from an HO approved test provider or NARIC ELA if she has an overseas degree.

You/her need to meet the £18,600pa financial requirement (assuming there are no dependent children as then it is more)
