Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extention Approved - 50K W/O Interview

By the Grace of God our Tier 1 Entrepreneur team and 1 Dependant visa extension approved .

Application Submitted : 05/11/2016
Fee Deducted : 08/11/2016
Biometric Done : 16/11/2016
Visa Issued : 20/01/2017
BRP Received : 24/01/2017
Passport and Supporting Docs : Still Not Received
IHS Refund : Still Not Received

I did apply For extension Through 50K route with my tier 1 partner . All of the investment was made after the initial application via bank transfer from personal joint account to business account as a share capital investment . The company was in a small profit in the first year , 18k loss in second year and 40K loss in third year . I have Submitted almost same documents as already posted in the forum by other members .

Congratulations for Successful Extension . Good example even company in loss but if you provide all the document as per HO requires loss or profit will not effect on extension . Good luck

Congrats on your visa. My visa was refused and am making fresh application by showing investment as Share Capital. Can you please suggest where and which section I in the accounts I need mention my name and details saying that I made investment by Share Capital.

The share holders name ,number of shares and its value in the share capital section and notes section.

In my management accounts notes I have this,

Share Capital 15.01.2017
£
Allotted, issued and fully paid shares of £1 each:
As at 15th January 2017 58,350

58,350 of the shares issued are repayable after 5 years. (MY NAME) is 100% shareholder of above mentioned shares.

Is this ok. Please advise. Zimba88 please give your comments as well.

Hi iamcr01 , please see the attachment how my account showing the shares . We applied as a team and in the attachment I have erased the diarectors name and co. Name .
