AFAIK April 21 is the next one, they only seem to do two or three a year.
Could you maybe add your timeline to the timeline thread?
As far as your first question goes, I have no idea, perhaps someone else wants to take a guess.

Hey, apologies for asking here. Just making sure that its an approval that I have received and not a preliminary letter.

My letter starts with "This letter does not constitute a grant of a certificate of naturalisation or permission to enter or remain in the state"? Then goes on to say that "the minister prosposes to grant your application subject to the successful completion of the application process". I find this letter a bit ambiguous because I expect such letters to start with a "congratulations".

Sorry for being a bit paranoid. Is this the normal format for an approval letter?

Hi,
I am pretty sure that just means you aren't officially allowed to forget about your GNIB card and further visas until you pay the money etc. I think it is normal.
To the best of my knowledge once you pay then you have a legitimate offer you can wave at border control etc.
Congrats!!!!

Thanks. Makes me feel at ease now. Knew deep down that this was an approval but just couldn't believe it would arrive so soon. Now waiting for the ceremony. What a day that's going to be.
