VISA refusal due to parent sponsor supporting doc

Hi Sir,

I have applied priority visa for 6 months student visa.
It got rejected because of the below reason.
your birth certificate showing the names of your parent(s)/legal
guardian(s);

Now I have to apply again And I have two doubts.

1. Do I need to pay the VISA fee again to apply or can I re apply under the same fee.
2.My parent/guardian account has £7000 since last 15 days but the. Is it fine to apply ?
Can you please answer the above questions.

It depends what type of visa you are applying for. If it is a Tier 4 student visa, the maintenance requirement is that you have enough money to pay and remaining fees, plus enough money for your living costs at a standard monthly rate. For details, see

If it is a short term student visa, you also need to be able to cover your actual costs, but there are no specific figures. See

I am a student and coming to UK for internship after that I need to go back to continue my graduation.

I have received the letter saying short term T4 VISA got rejected and here are the reasons.

1. You with to travel to UK for a period of 6 month as a research student.I have provided the marks card Nothing further confirmed from my current university for 6 moths leave or study in UK.

2.You have submitted a letter that has offered the admission as a visiting student , The letter states that fee payable will be notified in separate correspondence This has not included in the application and I also note this letter doesnt confirm you have accepted the offer.

3. You state father funding your studies however There is nothing from your father confirming this.

You need to get advice from your Tier 4 sponsor institution. Send them a scan of the refusal and ask for their advice.

It is vital that you get advice about this matter Tier 4 sponsor. They do not want a refusal on their record any more than you do, and they will advise on any options for an Administrative Review or a new application.
