Appeal Bundle help needed

Hi, i hope you guys can help me
i have my appeal hearning in april in birmingham , letter i received says

" you must send the following docs in the Tribunal at above adress ( at teh top of letter adress is given )
and to the other party (to arrive) no later than 5 days before hearing
a) witness statment
b) Bundles of all documents

The APPELLENT must send copies of all documents to the respondent at presenting office unit
( here they gives adress of solihull wich is diff than the adress at top of letter )

The Respondent must send copoies of all documents to Appellant

plz guide me how many bundles i need to send and where
i have received HO bundle and now i need to send mine bundle

how many bundles i need to make and where to send ?
