Pakistan visiting wife

Hello everyone i have a quick question i got married in pakistan in 2014 june, due to various reasons , i have not visited back(my wife visa got refused on finiacial requirements) i have a court hearing on may 10th regarding my case, will/how likley is it that the judge might bring this up? That i haven't been back, i do keep in regular touch with WhatsApp,cards and calls. Any advice will be helpful

why did you not go back to Pakistan. Are there compelling reasons.
