are we eligible for BC ?

Post by br5 » Sun Feb 19, 2017 12:07 pm

sorry might be a difficult scenario:

- I m non-EU with EU spouse.
- came to the UK on HSMP visa in 2008, then switched to EU route since 2009 (self-sufficient) I was granted 5 years residence permit till 2014
- applied for PR in 2014 but got refused as we were missing one year's of CSI - we had from 2009 - 2010 and from 2011 - 2014 but we missed evidence of CSI from 2010 - 2011 - so I applied for another 5 years residence permit till 2019
- applied again for PR in 2016 (had full 5 years of CSI) and was granted PR for both of us.
- working in continuous employment from 2009 till now.
- SAR stated that we acquired PR in end of 2015
- applied for citizenship 2017 and waiting for the decision.

my question: is there a chance that our application for BC will be refused due to the missing year of CSI in the past? i.e were we in breach of immigration laws that will lead us to be rejected?
