I applied entrepreneur before visa expiry its refused appeal right granted
applied appeal on time
appeal dismiss
upper tribunal dismiss appeal as well
I applied again entrepreneur within 28 days +2 days deemed service counted
because i applied upper tribunal letter date counted 28 days + 2 days deemed services its 30 days means applied 30 days but counted deemed service

i did ontime administrative review decision overturn case worker error you applied with in 28 days they accepted 2 days deemed service

Given they accepted the gap as 28 days and approved your visa means that your application was out-of-time for 28 days or less. Such a gap should be acceptable before 24 November 2016.

The time between your refusal at UT and the date you applied for a new application is considered over staying.
Just mention that on the form and do not worry, as it will be disregarded anyway.

my 28 days they accepted after administrative review successful which states error in original consideration then I got visa

because I meet with three solicitors they said to me they will pick up and open again this 28 days case/matter we need to address properly and explain in cover letter
I am totally confused if in administrative review they accepted error in original consideration and accept deemed service issue me a visa can they take up this again?
I applied SAR in SAR is clearly written down 28 days staring after 2 working days deemed service
applicant submitted their application with in 28 days
decision overturn reconsideration required letter sent to applicant error in original consideration refund request to be action

solicitors make me confuse again and scared very huge amount of fees
please help me
its possible they take up and open 28 days matter again
can I explain this 28 days matter in covering letter

and my appeal pending matter?

You are repeating yourself. :?
You applied within 28 days and eventually received visa during AR which is fine. So your 10 year continuous leave is not broken. According to the rules, the overstaying period will be disregarded for ILR.
