urgent help : after refusal,AR,New application & 10 year

hi i applied visa in December 2016 and got refusal yesterday. home office did not accept one my employee as his indefinite leave was revoked but he left job from me 2 and half year before so i did not know.
i have other employee who i can claim point i think but i need help.
my situation is that my company have , 1 part time employee 14 month (24 hour every week), 1 part time employee 12 month (24 hour every week), 1 part time employee 8 month (24 hour every week), 1 part time employee 4 month (20 hour each week) and i full time 8 month (30 hour each week).
i read on forum when we allowed for combining part time jobs to make one full time but i dont know if we allowed combine part time with full time. if i combine all hours for part time and full time then i fulfil the requirement but can i do that?

ho give option for AR only. what better AR or can i apply new application??
i need to show 2 jobs and combine hours or better if i leave all different jobs and combine hours.

Sorry for your ext refusal . was that employee indefinite leave was revoked while working you or after leaving job . If it was revoked while working for you then I think it was your responsibility to check the status but if it was after leaving your company them you might have good chances of AR . Wait for Zimba to reply with the best option for you.

Was his ILR revoked after he left ?? Then you should be given the points as during the period of employment he was legally settled.

Thank you kap and zimba, its my mistake, my employee had case ongoing when he employed with me and did not tell when his status changed. Ho didnt put deception on my case so i am lucky in that case. I have only confusion about all employees hours which i put in post above. Seeing the forum and other posts i have beleif that my hours fine and my part timer worker and full time hour is complete.
Can someone give suggestion about hour? Better i show all 5 different job and combine hour or show less job title and combine hours? I have categort of before april so i m ok i think.
Zimba and other senior can you confirm about hour? plsssss

I already gave you the information you need. There has been many many discussions on this and the guide is not quite clear

In this case you won't have any luck with AR . Better to go for new application . Looking at your employee hrs you have 38 month part time which will be equal to 19 month full time and then another 8 month full time . 27 full time will be more than enough to claim the points . it will be better to put all of them on job table number wise and combine them together .

So that means i dont need to show only two job role and show different but combine all together

Looking other posts, we allowed to combine diffrent jobs together so part time and full time together to combine jobs.

Yes you can combine the part time jobs to make one full time job .

5 months part time (18 hours) - 2nd employee
7 months part time (24 hours) - 3rd employee

Job 2:
12 months part time (24 hours) - 4th employee
8 months part time (24 hours) - 5th employee
6 months part time (24 hours) - 6th employee

Second scenario:
Job 1:

Best way to that will be Second scenario.

Keep job 1 for full time and from job 2 to job 6 for part timer and mention on the form which job numbers are you going to combine . you can combine like job 3 and 4 combine with job 2 and job 5 and 6 combined . just work out your hrs to get the best way which is better to combine with which one .
