This is a letter you get after you registered with HMRC as self employed. I do not know how it looks

It's the letter on which HMRC sends you your tax reference number for the first time.

I think it is SA250- Welcome to Self-Assessment that they send out.
It has your Unique Taxpayer Reference and tells you that you must tell the HMRC about your yearly income and do your own returns, etc.
