I am planning to apply for EC during the month of April. Is it true that our savings account should have always had a balance of 800 uk pounds. I had given some big amount (75k) to my friend during the last month due to that there was very less balance in my savings account for the period of 10 days. Will that affect my funds maintanence statement. Now i got the money back in my account.

I think it is fine.. but would better if you call up HO n get it confirmed.
