TO whom should i address the letter of SUPPORT from spouse?

me and my husband have finished writing the letter of support but we do not know to whom should we address it?

please help

Do the same as you would for any business type letter where you don't know the name of the person. Either "To whom it may concern" or "Dear Sir or Madam"
