Need guidance/Expert comments

Hi All :

I will be applying for EC next month and started job search can anyone please share their experience on following points

1.Give top 10 job sites,in particular order.

2.Is there any way,one can get top job agents/consultants working in
specific sector,like I work in Telecom domain, can I get list of consultants/companies working in Telecom area all across UK ?

3.Is applying directly from Employer web sites work effectively in UK
(Viz. Browse Nokia website and apply to jobs advertised by them directly instead of going through job agent )?
