Hi all
this look's a really good place for advice.

so hear i go

ok i recently got married in india in november 2008 after getting engaged in 2007, i am in the processes of getting my paper-work together and i am just wondering what exactly i need, do i have to apply or will my wife apply in india ? i have a vaf4 form which i think i send to my wife along with my paper-work.

if anyone can give me some advice, please as i am stressing quite a bit :(

If you are present and settled, then your wife may apply for a spouse visa.

Hi sorry for the late response, we are both over 21, i have put together these documents so far

1. pay slips for the past 6 months, plus letter from my employer
2. p60
3. bank statements and saving statements
4. all the birthday card's we have sent each-other, print out of all the text's we have sent, photo's of us together our engagement, wedding
5. copy's of my Passport & Birth certificate

I live with my parents so they have given me

1. Land Reg docs
2. Mortgage statements
3. council tax statements
4. Utility bills
5. letter from my dad stating that he own's the home in which we will live and that he has of objection of me and wife living there.

ok do you guys think this the right documents or do i need more ? lot's of people have told me so many different thing like. put utility bills in name etc. but i want to tell the truth.
